Our normal web design is $25 an hour for all work, images, scripting and design. We will give you a quote and you do not have to pay until you are satisfied with your web page/site.
We will then package it up and email it to you or offer a link to download it unless your are having us host it. If we are hosting it you can see more information here.
 
It is recommended that you purchase your own domain, that way it's registered in your name and you own it. With godaddy.com you get a control panel so you can control all aspects of your domain. Namecheap is also a good place, prices are about the same. With Namecheap you have fewer options and no phone support (that's where they loose me). I've had trouble with Godaddy before but having 24/7 support on the phone goes a long way.
